Carnegie Estate graphic records, 1798-1969 (bulk 1902-1954).

One of the most vivid, Series Eleven consists of graphics of the island, southeastern U.S. waterways, Carnegie buildings on the island, boats, cemeteries, and other Cumberland scenes. Some of these graphics are related to other papers, such as Peabody and Stearns, Architects, Correspondence (Series Three); the legal work to gain ownership of Cumberland Island (Series One and Four); and a fishing trip taken by the Carnegie children in the Florida Gulf (Series Five). However, the majority of visual materials are unconnected to the rest of the collection.
